Kinisia Pinot Noir Sicilia DOC, from Cantina Birgi  is a wine that expresses elegance and complexity, making the most of this prestigious grape variety. To the eye, it is ruby red with bruised highlights, a sign of its evolution and refinement.

The bouquet is intense and enveloping, with spicy notes of licorice and cinnamon, accompanied by hints of berries. The palate is distinguished by its balance and finesse, offering a smooth and persistent drink.

Ideal to serve at 14-16 °C, it goes well with meat dishes, aged cheeses and delicately spiced dishes.
