It was then re-racked into \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMadeira casks for more than two years\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, before being vatted just before reaching seven years of age.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe result is a rich and characterful dram with notes of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ecocoa powder, stewed plums, sugared almonds, fruit scone and red currants\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, followed by cinnamon sweets, toffee apple, salted chocolate, rosemary, strawberries and black pepper.
