The South Island Single Malt is a delightful whisky distilled from New Zealand malted barley, aged in American ex-bourbon casks.

This non-peated single malt has been maturing in our seaside bond store in Oamaru. Deep honeycomb and orange in colour, well balanced with light fruity notes, soft spice and creamy malt flavours.

This lovely single malt whisky is easy drinking and delicate. A pleasant drop to sip!

NOSE Sweet malted grain, mandarin and orange zest. Honey with fine, mild vanilla.

PALATE Round, slightly oily mild palate with sweet caramel and light citrus fruits.

FINISH Long, smooth finish with soft flakes.
