This beautiful single malt whisky has spent 3 years maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels.

NOSE Cherries, caramelised sugar, cinnamon quills and fresh tobacco, hints of grains, vanilla and orange zest

PALATE Rounded, full mouthfeel with sweet cherries and orange zest dominate the mid palate married with rich toffee and salty, fresh cut tobacco on the sides

FINISH Long, spicy finish with toffee, cinnamon with mild rooibos
